Help!!?

If you wash sperm off your hands with soap and water and dry your hands is it dead? Because my boyfriend finished himself off because I’m too scared to do it for him. But then after he finished himself off he washed his hands with soap and water etc. and then we waited like maybe at least 10 minutes of just talking and joking and he scratched my back and then he fingered me. Could I be pregnant?
