Has anyone turned your placenta into capsules after baby? I've been looking into it because it helps you bounce back after birth I have a 6 year old and will have a newborn and want to be able to have energy for both of my girls. I just want to know experiences and is it worth the money. Its supposed to help pain after labor increase breastmilk supply help with energy and loosing baby weight and many more health benefits
