family running me down about my weight
hey guys... I'm Lara and this is me. I wear a size 8 and weight 9st 10.
so for the past few months my mum and my sister have been making me feel depressed lately. I'm 16 1/2 and I weigh 9st 10, sometimes it'll be 9st 12 but yeah. my 18 year old sister is 8st 13. I'm not as skinny as her but I've been trying real hard to lose weight. From April time I've been doing all sorts of things- Keto dieting, eating fruit and veg only, cotton ball diet (yes I seriously done this), throw up after eating and loads of other random things, but they didn't work. so I decided to start the gym. I've been going to it for maybe 2 months now and I would usually just use this machine (I don't know the name of it lol)
to burn off calories and twice or maybe 3 times a week I'd do the same workout and end up with this...
I'd be burning off 1200-1800 calories on this machine alone for a week. As well as exercising with ab workouts and machines I'd eat fruit and veg during the day and for dinner in the evening a small portion of chicken breast or fish with veg. so as it sounds I should be losing weight right? but I'm not. my weight just stays the same and my mum and sister are torturing me about it, squeezing my arms, belly or face telling me I need to lose weight.
My boyfriend took me as a plus1 to my first wedding ever! it was so good but I couldn't help but worry about how I looked. I took a breakdown a few days before to my mum, crying about how I hate how I look and stuff so yeah that was a real bummer. I just kept thinking to myself that i looked fat at this wedding. my mum worried me saying how I'm going to have to squeeze into my dress. I couldn't enjoy my first wedding at all but my boyfriend made it better. The next day I showed mum and my sister photos and all they could do is zoom up and laugh at my tummy in this photo..
no matter what I do I just cannot lose weight and it makes me depressed. please I am begging ANYONE tell me how to lose weight?!
to those who read through this, thank you Xx
