Panic Attack Days After Ovulation
I had a massive panic attack last night. Probably one of the worst I've ever had. Because I'm TTC I can't take my xanax. I am only a few day's DPO, now I'm paranoid that IF we did concieve my panic attack caused harm.
It's would be so early in a pregnancy so I have no idea if it's even possible for there to be a negative affect on a potential embryo/baby.
