Appointment following multiple miscarriage?

Tomorrow, I have my first OB/Gyn appointment since my second miscarriage. I want to get some additional blood tests and make sure everything is okay internally. I assume I will need to schedule a second appointment to make sure everything is okay on the inside. 
Do any of you know what the process is like for multiple miscarriages? How was your first doctor appointment since and what came next for you?

My obgyn did blood tests after my second miscarriage. He tested for blood clotting disorders, thyroid, and progesterone. Everything came back normal, except progesterone slightly low. Since then I have had a third loss, and now going to a fertility specialist in September. If you have been trying for a year, I would go right to a fertility specialist. That way they can do a more in depth analysis. I wish I had gone sooner.

After my second loss I left my OBGYN. They kept saying it was a coincidence. I sought out reproductive endocrinologist who was more than happy to run a gambit of blood tests and do an X-ray of my uterus, ovaries, and Fallopian tubes. Turned out I have hormone issues and they are working to correct them. Highly recommend a specialist!

I went through 2 back to back losses, one blighted ovum, had a period, got pregnant and lost it at 11 weeks due to xxx69triploidy.
I was referred to a fertility clinic. They did all sorts of tests including blood work and to make sure my ovaries and uterus were good as well as my husband.
Then when i got pregnant naturally i was able to see them for an US every week until 12 weeks.
I hope you can get a referral as well..its worth asking about at least! Good luck

First off, I'm sorry you are going through this. I have my 2nd loss in May and doctors are not really concerned until 3 losses so they dont necessarily suggest anything. But I'm super impatient so I did a lil research and I did the following: AMH, FSH, Carrier full panel test, and my hubby's sperm analysis. All of it came back normal. So I guess that's good but also frustrating because we still dont know what caused them. I hope you get some answers!
