what is this TMI?

so i got a few faint postives pregnancy tests from home last weekend not this one that passed but the weekend before. I also got a blood test done in the middle of last week still waiting my results. If I am pregnant 100% I would be around 3 weeks 6 days today. I started bleeding Saturday it was super light still is I dont fill up a pad and I’m not cramping it definitely doesnt feel like my regular periods.I did have mild cramps for like an hour but i havent had any since and I havent had any clots pass or heavy bleeding at all. A little background I was on the pill and I missed 2 and was off with the times when I did take them so theres a chance I am. I was told to get off my birth control and start prenatals from my regular doctor which I did. I’ve been trying to get in contact with my regular doctor but no luck. Have any of y’all experienced this?
