So I’m not sure if I’m seeing this correct or not!!!

We have been trying for months!!!! I’ve had a hard time getting pregnant and staying pregnant after having 2 surgeries on my ovaries over the past 10 years and had a back surgery. Well after the last surgery on my ovaries last May the doctor told me I should be able having no problem getting pregnant and staying pregnant. It was taking a long time and every time I got my period I was upset. So we decided to start using conceive plus lube and pills and I still have 14 pills left and I’m 7 days to my period and have been feeling a bit off lately so I took a test this morning and this is what I got. Not really sure if I’m seeing things or what
