How to keep baby from getting sick?

I have a really sore throat. My daughter is 4.5 months old and very attached to me she hates to be put down. We’re also breastfeeding. How am I gonna keep her from getting a sore throat too?

Wash your hands a lot and wear a face mask, something like this that filters germs. 
But babies need to get sick once in a while so they can build their immune systems. My grandma was so germaphobic and my mom almost never got sick as a baby/child... then once she got to adulthood she had serious immune problems because she had barely developed an immune system.
So do what you can to protect baby but don’t be afraid if she gets a little cold or sore throat once in a while. It’ll be better for her long term.

Keep breastfeeding her. If its something contagious, which a simple sore throat often isn't, youll pass on antibodies to her to protect her from getting sick.
