Anybody Know of Alternatives to BCP?

Question

I was recently diagnosed with the condition, right before I had a large cyst removed from my ovary. I’m told that I’ll have to be on birth control to suppress it (until menopause or until I want to get pregnant) and I just hate the idea of birth control pills for the next 10 years. 
Do y’all know of any other ways to suppress endo without pills? I reallyyyy can’t deal with another cyst. I just can’t.

I also hate bcp and have been doing a ton of research on it. What i have found is that all endo women's pelvic cavities are in oxidative stress(look that up pls as it will take forever to explain) amd this is caused by excess iron in the system so what i was going to do is blood donations 3-4 times a year as iron is important for us but when it is stored in our tissues it causes inflammation and havoc, iron needs to be circulating in our bodies not stored. The other thing i am doing is increasing my anti oxidant intake of foods and vitamin c(dont take asorbic acid as it is synthetic and is not the best for the body so do whole foods such as acerola cjerry, camu camu powder, sweet bell peppers...). There is mew research statkng the beenfits of NAC for women, it is an amino acid, and is used to help the body build antioxidants) the research commends taking 600mg 3x a day for endo women and has helped suppress the growth of endo. The most common problem im seeing that is in a ton of research is endo bodies are lacking anti-oxidants which help control free radicals in the body such as the heme iron. The other thing I am doing is improving my diet, no dairy, gluten, limit sugar as much as possible. And last but least is exercise to help body circulate hormones around well and increase production of new and healthy cells. 
Turmeric is also great for anti inflmmation so take that as well at night. And magnesium glycinate to help with better sleep, collagen production, and give my body all the necessary tools to heal. I also take Cod Liver Oil as it has high amounts of good fats Omega 3s, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D without using any synthetic forms for the body (Another recurring study i found is endo women tend to lack in Vit C, A, and E). Last but not least is IP6 or Inositol or phytic acid which is found in nuts, legumes, wheat bran, and rice bran. This is another amti oxidant that helps with brain and body circulation amd unction as well as helps wkth insulin resistamce which is common in women with PCOS. I take IP6 in rice bran everyday. It is best to use real and whole foods as it is easiest to digest and absorb in the body.

I know this is alot and it took me months to incorporate everything but i do feel much better, less tired, and more alert. Idk if its doing anything in my endo as i just had surgery so i guess time will only tell. Lmk if you have questions or concerns. I hope i could help a little. We have a long battle ahead of us. This would be easier to answer if we had an idea of where endo comes from. Unfortunately there’s a lot of theories and no actually scientific facts. Some say it’s retrograde blood flow back into the pelvic cavity, some say it’s just genetic the way our cells multiply. So until we have those answers, stopping it is very difficult. Suppressing it is so far the only somewhat reliable method, although many say that even bcp don’t help suppress endo, only help with its symptoms. The reason why my doctor wanted me to be on bcp is to prevent ovulation cysts, to hopefully prevent them from turning into endo cysts. And that was good enough for me to get on birth control because I was terrified of another endo cyst coming back. 
You can certainly try everything the girl before me suggested as well. I’m sure it can be helpful too! many say that diet change has helped them manage endo!
