Terrified of birth 😟

I know that its not the end of the world and I hate sounding dramatic, but honestly I have so much anxiety about the pain and labor itself. This will be my first child and I feel like I'm in line for a roller coaster that I cant walk away from and decide I dont want to ride it. Theres no walk of shame 😭😭

I do meditation and I try to relax and hype myself up, but I know my nerves will get the best of me and I know ill be shaking in the delivery room...
