I gotta brag a little...

After only having irregular cycles (35-78 days) due to PCOS I was fed up. I did a crap ton of medical research, have started slowly implementing lifestyle changes and last cycle was my first 28 day cycle!!! I'm hoping I start to ovulate soon, but oh my God I had a normal cycle!!!
