9 weeks ZERO symptoms

Hey ladies,

I will be 9 weeks on Wednesday and for the past few days I’ve had absolutely 0 symptoms. I do not feel the slightest bit pregnant. My symptoms haven’t been too strong to begin with— fatigue, a lot of pain in my tailbone, bloating and cramping/stretching pains for a few weeks. But now nothing. I have not had any bleeding, but am on progesterone so I don’t know if that’s stopping it. Is this anything to worry about or am I just being crazy? I don’t have my 12 week scan until more like 13 weeks, so have to wait one month for the next scan.
