Pregnancy acne??

Question

Is anyone else having this problem? I have never had acne so bad for this length of time!! I’m currently 13 weeks. It’s like every time one pimple goes away, another one shows up! And when they’re gone they leave scars!! It’s the worst. I wash my face every night and use acne spot treatment, anyone else have any advice? Does this connect to whether I’m having a boy or girl?

I get weird pimples.. I have one now on my neck! I never had pimples like this. So crazy

The only thing that's keeping my crazy acne somewhat under control right now is to put a small layer of clay on my face before going to bed.

This is the combo that works for me
- Garnier facewash morning and night with walmart scrubber
- Tony Moly Pore scrubber (octopus) use 2x a week before face wash
- Tony Moly Panda sleep pack which is a sleep mask every night to take away acne scars, take away redness, minimize pimples
-Thayers witch hazel mist to close up pores after washing

Omg, same!!! I’ve never had acne. My skin is something I’m always complimented on. My boyfriend has been making jokes about how much pimples my face has. I just want them to go away! They’re starting to get bigger and more are appearing 😭😭 ugh hopefully the acne goes away for everyone experiencing this!

No it doesn’t connect with the sex of your baby but I am also getting really bad acne as well 😊

I know for me when I was on progesterone for BC I would get acne and scars from tiny pimples. Now that I'm pregnant and the surge or progesterone in my body the same thing is happening, really sucks. Pregnancy has made my skin very dry so I try to moisturizer properly. Good luck!

I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and about a week ago I started getting tiny bumps around my mouth its more like a rash tho. I think I have perioral dermatitis rather then acne though. I wish I could get rid of it.

I had very clear skin before pregnancy, now I’m oily and break out everyday! I’ve read that once the hormones level out it should get better (which is soon I think). :)

I’m in the same boat... not sure what I’m having yet tho. I’m 14w4d and since I got pregnant my face doesn’t stop breaking out.
