pregnancy symptoms?

so for the passed 4 days I have felt sick, been extremely light headed, sore heads, crampy tummy, shortage of breath and a high temperature of between 38.5-39.6.

I think it’s probably just a fever but my periods are so irregular I just wanted some opinions to rule out pregnancy.
