Am I wrong?

This guy I’m sleeping with says he is open to sleep with someone else and that’s okay, but I told him if he wants to continue sleeping with me while engaging with others then he needs to wear a condom with them (I’m clean but I even said us too to be safe) and that I wanted him to get tested before we slept together again and he says “isn’t that the whole point of condom? I shouldn’t get tested if I’m clean and have protected sex?”

Which I understand but he doesn’t shave and I feel like, personally, if I girl is super wet and has an STI/STD and her juices gets in his pubes then there’s a chance he can catch something or at least it feels that way.

If I’m wrong PLEASE EDUCATE ME!
