Cramps
My cramps kept me from doing anything for 3 days straight. That includes eating. I took 800 mg of Motrin and that only eased them to the point of being able to adjust my laying position without wanting to scream. They hurt so bad I felt nauseous. Any recommendations on remedies to help?
