Earliest pregnancy signs?

I had unprotected sex around the time of my fertile window, and the last week I’ve been having a lot of boob pain, and the more time that goes by the worse it gets. Just today my nipples have been feeling sore and kind of tingly? Along with being really exhausted and feeling like I have to pee more than usual and slight cramps. I’m not supposed to get my period for another 5 or 6 days now and took a pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative (I expected it to be since I’m not close enough to my period). Is it possible to be having pregnancy symptoms this early or is it more likely my period is just being weird this month? If anyone can tell me what symptoms they had first and when they started that’d be great!
