Clingy toddler

Has anyone noticed they're child become SUPER clingy as soon as you found out you were pregnant? My son is 2 and I literally found out a week ago that I'm pregnant and he has been so clingy and only wants me. He wakes up every night crying and won't calm down unless I'm snuggling him and during the day has to be right next to me or be able to see me pretty much at all times. I don't hate it, I love the snuggles but I hope it calms down soon just so I can hopefully sleep through the night before i have to pee every 3 seconds lol
