One twin had an abnormal NT reading

I just found out that one twin’s NT was 3.3mm. I’m being sent for additional blood work with a genetic specialist. However, my dates were off from a previous U/S. My OB just changed my date today and my babies are a week later than they thought and this was missed. So this scan was actually at 14 weeks 1 day vs 13 weeks 2 days. Does the dates being off have anything to do with these results? I’m totally freaking out... and now it’s a waiting game to book appointments to do further investigation and I just feel nauseous...
