Vagina burning

Okay so I’ve never had this issue before. I think it is a yeast infection but not positive. Planning on going to the doctor if it doesn’t get better but wanted to get opinions on what other people think.

For the last week or two now I randomly get burning in my vagina. This happens typically closer to the end of end day (after work) it happens after I pee and lasts for a few hours typically. I don’t know why and it gets super uncomfortable and irritating.

Is this most likely a yeast infection? And what are ways I can help this?
