How many naps are your 7 month olds taking?

The last 3 days my lo takes her regular morning nap from around 830-10, but now its a nightmare trying to put her down for her 2nd nap (which was usually around 3). She doesnt seem to be tired at all until 5 anymore. I tried putting her down for a nap at 5 yesterday to see what would happen and she slept until 2 am (with a couple feedings in between) and thought it was time to wake up 😔 not fun. So tonight i decided to try and distract her and everything until 7 so she'd sleep through the night but long story short my question is, is it okay for her to only have 1 nap a day this young? Any suggestions are appreciated im a ftm and her sleep schedule has me dazed and confused
