Relationship??

This is probably a dumb question but...when you start talking to a guy, if you have sex 1st, does he then not respect you after that? Or he doesn’t see anything real happing between you two after hooking up because he’s already got with you?

So if I want something more than a hook up & we’re both just “seeing where it goes,” should we not have sex so soon? Should we go on a date or two first and get to know each other more 1st?? Or does it really not matter? 🤔🤔
