Nervous...

I’m due for my period today according to FF. I confirmed ovulation with temps and OPKs and now I’m 14dpo (normally I never make it past 13 before AF shows). I had some slight cramping yesterday and that stopped. I had terrible insomnia last night (never happens to me), I’ve got this weird almost itchy/tingling feeling deep in my vagina but low and I had terrible integestion this morning. Other than that - zero symptoms! I’ve been ttc for 7 months so I’m terrified of testing. Anyone experienced what I have and gotten a bfp? When should I test? Thank you ladies!!
