Is too much sex bad?

More specific my husband has to orgasm once a day or he gets grumpy and feel neglected and can’t sleep without twitching.

This makes it so that when we have sex he can’t release in me because I can’t handle how fast he need to go because he is desensitized to it from 29 years before marriage of doing it himself sometimes 5 times a day.

This subject has caused huge scary fights.

He says I’m addicted to coffee and drama so stop judging his addictions.

During a fight he yells at me extremely loud and cussed me out and breaks things but says it’s my fault for making him so mad. He has also held me down and caused slight physical harm.

That being said, when we aren’t fighting we have a very strong relationship to God and each other. We love spending time with each other and get along crazy well considering the fights. We have talked about counseling but it never happens. I want to make this marriage work but it feels like I never gain any ground and his anger just gets worse. I feel like I’m walking on egg shells. Please send prayers first and suggestions as well.
