Lightning boobs?

I’ve heard of lightning crotch and had it in my last pregnancy but this time it feels like lightning boobs! Sharp random pains in my breasts! Is this normal? Is this just them growing? It’s so painful!

I get it too. It kinda feels like a let down when breastfeeding (to me at least) so I think it's just our bodies preparing for baby.

I’m literally having the same pain , only difference is I didn’t have it with my first daughter , this pregnancy I’ve been getting it bad my doctor said it’s your Brest starting to get ready for your milk . Massage them in the shower with warm water it helps
