we "talked" for 2 months, I thought it was going well, but then one day he randomly texted me he didn't think we were going anywhere and should probably stop talking so he won't lead me on.

i was sad, but just assumed he found someone else he wanted to pursue and wanted to end us nicely. he is really nice and respectful so I was thankful he was nice about it lol.

2 months after that he called, I didn't answer.

a few weeks he texted me, I answered and he was just casually texting until a week later he asked me out, i said I was busy.

I like him, but I was scared to get "played'.

a month later he texts me again and I ignore him, then he texts me again and explains how he regrets not making it official and wants to try talking again and going slow.

it's hard for me cause I like him and enjoy him so much. he is in the military and was gone for a long while for training so maybe he was just worried it was too hard with our jobs? he's leaving for training again in a week and I told him text me when he gets back and I'll meet up to talk with him.

my friends are like "he left you! let him miss you don't go back"

but I still like him 😅 and I feel like if he wasn't serious he wouldn't have been trying for the last 4 months
