UTI pain??

I went to my regular doctor on Thursday because my OB was closed that day. I’ve been having some pressure and feeling like I need to pee often. Yet I don’t have any visible blood in my urine. He tested my urine in the office said I had a slight UTI and gave me Macrobid. However, I’m a bit surprised he didn’t send my urine out to the lab to confirm the bacteria. For the past few years I have normally had trace amounts of blood in my urine. So I feel like maybe this isn’t a true UTI. On top of this I’ve been extremely constipated and my stomach just feels really full and I’ve been very tired towards the end of the day where I find myself falling asleep around 6pm. I also think I might have pulled a stomach muscle while traveling down to see my husband who’s on deployment. I’m 25 weeks and just feeling really frustrated.
