7pm bedtime?

Anyone else’s LO have a 7pm bedtime? I always tried for 9pm but the way her naps land, 7pm is usually when she should be going to bed. So instead I would let her take a cat nap, feed and then go down by 9. 
My reason for that was trying to be consistent and I was afraid 7 was maybe too early but I’m thinking about trying it. 
Mind you, my daughter doesn’t sleep through the night so I really have nothing to lose here lol

My little guy had a 8pm bedtime but lately he's fighting his second and third nap. Yesterday i put him to bed at 7:15 and he slept till 7am with only one wakeup, which as hasn't happened in weeks. Thinking a 7pm bedtime might work out better for him. If only I could get him to take 2 good naps during the day😂

We do 7-7:30 bedtime with lo and our older daughter. A pediatric sleep specialist spoke to my Mom group about baby/kid sleep and said earlier bedtime=more sleep. I like having a few hours with just my husband and both kids sleep til 6:30, my lo with 2 wake ups.

My guy goes between 6-7 and is up between 6-7 in the morning

We do 7 too it's great sleeps 7-7 with some dream feeds overnight usually one wake at 5am for abit then back down. It's a great routine to start as they need to be in bed early when they are older and learning so much through the day but have to get up early, sleep breads sleep 🙌❤️

Mine is going to bed around 7pm every night unless his feeding is off schedule that day and he has a bottle a bit later. Definitely don’t feel like it’s too early if your baby is tired anyway, might be worth a go. I feed him again around 10pm without waking him and then he’ll sleep through until 7-8am x

My little boy is generally asleep at 6:30, I Dreamfeed him at 10ish. It’s really nice to have the evening to myself so just take some me time.

OMG I wish I could get my lo robed earlier. It’s Midnight and I’ve just now got him down for good, fingers crossed. He just would not sleep, been trying since 8. 😩

I used to put my guy to bed around 8:30 or 9 to squeeze in an extra feeding but recently he’s been getting super fussy and wanting to sleep earlier so I let him. He’s been going to bed around 7 or 7:30 and still only waking once to eat
