Can someone ease my mind? Cramped baby ultrasound!!!

Hey all, so I am 15 weeks and 4 days today and I got an ultrasound done because the doctor couldn’t find the heartbeat on the Doppler and found the heartbeat with the ultrasound but I’m worried because my baby looked super cramped and like she didn’t have much room. Her heart was beating like normal at 148 and he said I lost a little fluid since my last ultrasound 4 days ago but he said he was concerned but I’m worried. My baby has never looked so cramped before. Is this normal? It was an abdominal ultrasound also.
