Pregnancy and Mirena

Hi all,

Has anyone else gotten pregnant with the Mirena?

I did - found out by “accident”. I was waiting to get anesthesia for my tonsillectomy when the Dr. gave me the news. I was in shock!

I went from shock, to disbelief to excitement and being completely scared.

I went to my OB to get the Mirena removed on Thursday and got Beta tested. My HCG levels dropped in 48 hours and I am currently experiencing a miscarriage. This has been such a crazy ride, but I so wasn’t ready to get off 💔
