Don't know😕

I recently had sex and (sorry this is going to be graphic) we were in doggy position and when he ejaculated he was pretty much pounding in in me and he says he came twice then we took a break and went one more time and he ejaculated again inside me. This was Thursday  and I know it's too early to test. But I feel nauseous some times and my back is KILLING me. I eat a lot more and I'm bloated.
