When does swelling become a concern?

I’ll be 29 weeks tomorrow and for about a week now I’ve noticed that my hands are quite swollen in the morning. They usually go down for the most part by the middle of the day. Well for the past two days I’ve noticed my feet getting really swollen which I’ve never had that problem. I have had my feet up for about two hours now and it does look like they’ve gone down a bit... my question is when should I be concerned about swelling?? I know that preeclampsia causes swelling but not sure how much. Also I haven’t had any other symptoms besides the swelling. I feel fine. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks mommies
