Belly pain?
So I’m a kindergarten teacher and since I’ve been back to work, by the end of the day the muscles at the top of my bump are SO sore. Like, sore to the touch even. I tried a belly support belt and it seemed to help my back, but not the pain in my belly. Once I come home, if I lay down and drink water it helps a lot but obviously that’s hard to do as a teacher.
I know at 28 weeks the aches and pains are to be expected. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and found anything that seems to help?! Or am I just doomed til I give birth? Lol 😭
