I’m around 6DPO and today for the first time in my entire life I almost fainted... it was the most scary experience. It started with feeling super dizzy and then blurred vision, and buzzing around my ears and cold sweat. 
I did a test this afternoon and it was a no.
Has anyone experienced this before finding out you were pregnant? Could this be a sign??? I’m freaking out

I'd suggest drinking more water, sounds like dehydration.

Actually, yes! With my current pregnancy (3rd) I did, not the others. I woke up on 7dpo feeling almost drunk I was so dizzy. The room was spinning and I was light headed. Lasted about and hour, and got a little better after I drank and ate. Tested that am and was neg. At 8dpo (Sunday) am I had the faintest line on a frer by that evening another test was slightly darker. Went Monday am for bloodwork and had an hcg level of 18.

Nop that would be extremely concerning to happen during pregnancy. You’re either dehydrated or sick
