X-ray?

So, on the way home from work and guy hit me with his car, cursed me out for being in his way (even though I was crossing the street he was already stopped at. He just wasn't paying any attention,) and then he sped off. Now, it wasn't so bad. He more bit my leg and I was able to bang on the hood of his car before he could hit my stomach. But since my leg was straight and he hit it directly to my left it bent in a not so pleasant way. It's been killing me ever since I got home I can't even sleep it off. But since I'm pregnant, I know I can't get X-rays. Is there anything a doctor could do for me?
