Weight gain

Since my mc 5 months ago I can't stop gaining weight. It doesn't help that I've eaten my feelings but now everywhere I go everyone asks me what I'm having - boy or girl. It's hurtful and offensive and it kills me. I should know by now. I should be getting ready to hold my baby but instead I'm mourning with a husband who doesn't care and 15 extra lbs and no baby.
