What is wrong with me?

I have this weird thing about the way my feet feel and I don’t understand it. I’ve been like this my whole life. If my toes accidentally rub together a certain way it feel so weird. It doesn’t hurt but it feels so horrible to me and it makes me cry and I get nauseous and it’s horrible. I act like a kid. It happens a lot. I can’t even wear socks without putting lotion on because my feet will feel weird and I will literally break down and it gives me anxiety. This is crazy and I don’t understand it. I will have chills down my whole body from it.

Nothing is wrong with you, you just might have a very specific anxiety about your feet. You might want to talk to a therapist cuz only they will know the exact reason for it. But I kinda have a thing with my feet too. I can’t walk on bare floors without socks and than lay down in bed, my feet feel “dirty” in a sense even though my floors could be spotless and I still feel like they are dirty. If I lay in bed with bare feet that touched the ground, it literally makes my feet feel like two cotton balls being rubbed together, you know that weird gross that feeling lol idk if that makes sense but it’s weird as hell, makes my cringe badly. But I learned to embrace it and just avoid walking barefoot or if I do walk barefoot, I have to wash my feet in the sink lol 😂 just do what makes you feel comfortable and don’t think that somethings wrong (in a bad way) with you :) I’m sure it’s just your little quirk about you 🤗
