Length of mid cycle “ovulation“ spotting

I’m on day 6 of mid cycle spotting. I only see it when I wipe after using the bathroom aside from one day that was very light spotting all day. My OPKs have not truly peaked as far as my eye can tell. They’ve been nearly positive every morning with FMU during this spotting but go back to clearly negative by the afternoon aside from one day where they stayed borderline positive/negative. I’m at a total loss. I’m on femara and had a scan on cd11 which showed NO eggs. I’m on cd24 right now. Should I just give up hope for this cycle?
