Any suggestions
So I’m back at my pre-pregnancy weight but I’m having a hard time getting rid of the excess fat and was wondering what were the best moves for any of you that tightened your whole stomach and how long it took? Anything will help I just don’t know where to start am I’m strapped for money so I can’t go to a gym.
