Mirena removal and period?? CONFUSED!!

So I have two beautiful little girls aged 2y11m and 14m, after my lo birth i had the mirena put in 6weeks after, since i had it put in I only had monthy brown spotting no real period, so i experienced the spottig from the 16th to the 20th of july, i know for a fact coz i had a urin test done at the dr office and they confirmed there was blood in my urine which indicated i was on a '' period''. I had my mirena removed on the 24th of july, I had some spotting after the removal, which was brown no red blood, if i calculate from the 16th i am supposed to have gotten a period on the 13th August but still nothing, i have done some pregnancy tests and getting mixed results some with vvvfl and some with nothing. Any ladies that had the mirena removed and how long before you got a period? I dont know what to think, I am so confused.

Any opinions and Advice would be appreciated.
