Okay, so over the past week I’ve had really sore nipples and a couple days ago I have such severe cramps that I couldn’t even sleep for like a hour. My <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> says I’m supposed to start in 2 days. Is this normal? Like the sore nipples and have really bad cramps before a period. I usually when I cramp I start my period right then but I haven’t?
