Haaka question
I am unsure if I’m using correctly. I’ve been putting it on opposite breast when baby eats. I have a one month old. After I put it on that breast I switch sides with her and Haaka. Am I doing this correctly ? Aren’t I taking away milk that she needed? I need to pump to save my supply but unsure if I’m doing it right.
