Help reading bbt chart

I’ve tried asking numerous friends to help me read my chart and they are all just as clueless as me.

I had a positive opk on Sunday 8/4 and Monday 8/5. I wasn’t able to test until Tuesday evening and by that time it was negative.

Any insights on my bbt chart I would greatly appreciate it.
