Could prenatal mess up my cycle?

I've been taking prenatal vitamins for 2 weeks now as advised by everyone and my doctor while TTC...now my ovulation seems to be late. I track with opk and i should be ovulating tomorrow but my tests have been completely negative. Not even a little bit positive. No progression at all. Could this by from the prenatals? Now I'm sad that i either ovulated early and missed it or messed up my cycle 😭

I guess it just depends because I started taking prenatal last month and it caused me to ovulate twice this month which I never had happen didn't even think it was possible so I'm just playing the waiting game at this moment...
