Prayers please ladies 🙏🏼

I went in to the ER last night for cramping and bleeding, I've had a previous u/s at 6 weeks and saw the heartbeat. 113 to be exact. Well last night I should of been 9 weeks 4 days. Baby measured 8 weeks 4 days and the tech couldn't find the heartbeat. My HCG levels were very low, 5900 the doctor is pretty sure I'm going to miscarry. I meet with my OBGYN tomorrow for blood work and another u/s just to make sure. Keep me in your prayers this is so devastating for me and my fiancé! First ever miscarriage and I'm not sure how to handle all this! 😔😢😩
