HELP 2nd AF and supply issues!??

HELP GUYS!! 
baby girl born 7th march. EBF the whole time, have just had to go buy formula to now topup , as Af has just started and now my babies hungry after feeds and needing at least 50ml topup azwell as her one lunchtime feed of solids which has been going on for a week.. can I boost my supply back up by power pumping? Is this normal? Will it come back after af is gone? Legit so many tears I'm not ready for formula 😭😭😭

My milk supply dropped in half when I started my periods back at 3 months postpartum. I found I was able to get it back up power pumping (I think that’s the right term.) for 20 minutes, rest 10, 20 minutes, rest 10, pump 10 to 15 minutes. Also I am allergic to all dairy and found I needed to double my calcium intake with my supplements. Doctor told me low calcium leads to dropping milk supply. Also ate lots of oats. Over night oats every morning, homemade lactation cookies, and lactation tea. I went from fighting to pump 20 oz to being able to pump close to 35 to 39 oz.

Same thing happened to me! I went to a breastfeeding consultant and was told to pump for 15 mins after each feed. If you go to your Dr they may prescribe you Domperidone.. a combination of pumping Domperidone and lots of water really helped my supply. I can now feed my baby and have a few oz extra to save! Try not to stress, Goodluck mamma! Xo

our babies share a birthday! 😍
I have read that when you get your period, your supply will dip, but it is supposed to come right back up. just keep power pumping. nurse as frequently as you can. babies are better than breast pumps. I always nurse a ton on my days off, to help my supply.
