Help? Concerns!

I’m on birth control pills, my doctor switched me to low dosage from high dosages earlier this year and since then I don’t have periods anymore (odd) I’ve been on the pill for a little over 3 years now.

2 weeks ago, the weekend of August 3/4 I apparently had forgotten to take two of my pills in a row and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he did finish inside me. Last week, I had a doctors appointment on the 6th and had a pregnancy test, it was negative. Blood and urine test. Then Friday the 9th I was in the hospital for unrelated health issues and had another urine pregnancy test, negative.

This week I’ve been soo emotional, I’ve been wanting to admit myself to a hospital for my mental state, I’ve been super tired, nauseated and I just started medication for acid reflex That I’ve had forever and just for the last few days it hasn’t been working. Should I take a pregnancy test? What’s the likelyhood of getting pregnant from missing two pills?
