When are you considered “full term”

Saw my doctor yesterday at 35w2d and she said i’ll be full term at 37w and baby can come anytime after. But others have said different and even my apps all say different weeks.

Nope, 39 weeks is considered full term.

37 weeks is considered full term from my understanding. However, I know my OB will not take a baby before 39 weeks unless medically necessary.

39 weeks to 41 and 6 days is full term.

You're technically considered full term at 37 weeks. Even my doc says that after 37 weeks if I go into labor they wont try and stop it because baby will be full term and perfectly fine to come.

37 weeks is considered full term because the likelihood of your baby having any sort of issues that could land them in the NICU is significantly less at 37 weeks or after...so medically 37 weeks is considered full term but doctors may vary in what they believe is full term
