..should I be okay

Been freaking myself out thinking I’m pregnant . Everybody I talk to skips telling me that I’m fine but idk. I get very paranoid. I had unprotected sex around my ovulation day... he DID NOT CUM INSIDE OF ME .. but I’m scared of the PRE CUM. The symptoms I have right now are bloating, sore breast , light cramps , constipiated, headaches (a lil bit) , it’s sometimes whit creamy discharge or dry down there, and decreased urination. I keep stressing myself out and stuff. My period is in 4 days
