Headache help
I’ve had a piercing headache (it’s in between my eyes and all across my forehead) since 2pm today. I’ve taken Tylenol, drank almost 100 ounces of water, had some soda (because I drink either coffee or soda once a day) I laid down for 45 minutes in a dark room. Anything else I can try 😭
